Processing an Order Your order will begin processing the next business day (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST. Shipping transit time will be in addition to order processing time. We offer overnight / second day shipping and processing. www.armedmusic.com strives to have all items in stock at all times. However, there will be occasions that we cannot ship certain items immediately. Items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as they become available unless you tell us otherwise. . Returns and Exchanges If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. All returns should be shipped to the return center address below. No COD returns will be accepted. Return Policy: store@armedmusic.com will be happy to return or exchange any items that have not been washed or worn within 30 days of purchase. Please email us for a return authorization number. There is a $4.00 exchange fee required for all exchanges. You are responsible for the return freight charges. Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment are non-refundable. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we will credit you up to $4.25 for any return shipping charges you pay to return the item to us.
