Processing an Order
Your order will begin processing the next business day (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST. Shipping transit time will be in addition to order processing time. We offer overnight / second day shipping and processing. www.armedmusic.com strives to have all items in stock at all times. However, there will be occasions that we cannot ship certain items immediately. Items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as they become available unless you tell us otherwise. . If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

How to Change Your Order
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the following e-mail address: store@armedmusic.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.
Promotional Mailings
We may notify you of any upcoming promotions and specials that may interest you. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, please make sure to contact us to request that we exclude you from any promotional mailings. Returns and Exchanges
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. All returns should be shipped to the return center address below. No COD returns will be accepted.

will be happy to return or exchange any items that have not been washed or worn within 30 days of purchase. Please email us for a return authorization number. There is a $4.00 exchange fee required for all exchanges. You are responsible for the return freight charges. Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment are non-refundable. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we will credit you up to $4.25 for any return shipping charges you pay to return the item to us.
